you can access creation of Document pricing procedure by T Code - OVKI
you can also access by menu path Img ->Sales and Distribution->Basic Functions->Pricing->Pricing Control->Define And Assign Pricing Procedures->Define document pricing procedure.

Go to <b>VOk0</b> and you can select the pricing activity required from the Menu bar.
Similarly You can go to <b>V/08</b> to define pricing doc.

For creating a pricing procedure there are quite a few conditions and tables to be maintained,First create condition types and condition tables then use in which sequence the calculation to be performed name this procedure and assign it to your organization.
you can find all these under IMG>SALES AND DISTRIBUTION>BASIC FUNCTIONS>PRICING>PRICING CONTROL

Before executing customizing task you desire, point it and go to Edit-Display IMG Activity. Then mark activity.
Go to T.Code se16 and type in CUS_IMGACH table.
Execute.
Paste IMG Activity and run.
You will see Tcode that belongs to IMG Activity.

It is bette to remember the path than the t code for the pricing procedure
Path: IMG> SALES AND DISTRIBUTION>BASIC FUNDCTIONS.> PRICING>
PRICING CONTROL---> MAINTAIN THE DOCUMENTS PRICING PROCEDURE.
iF U want the tcode for the document pricing procedure go to that screen through the path and on the status bar u can find the tcode for that screen
or goto the settings and then status in the application bar
