Hi,
I have upgraded my NW2004 system to NW2004s ..
I have to migrate the authorisation
So for doing this . I have done the following
1. Assignment of Default authorisation in SU25
2. Mass generation of Roles from PFCG>Utilities> Mass Generation
Please let me know whether the steps i followed is correct.
Morover, there are some authorisations deleted in NW2004s .
My question is if an authorisatoin which was previously present in a custom role created(in NW2004) is deleted in NW2004s where i can see that this authorisation has been deleted, so that i can find the relevant authorisatoins in NW2004s .
Thanks in Advance

Go thru this link

use the program RSEC_MIGRATION. It leads you through the migration configuration step by step and performs a conversion of the old data at the end.

Hi,
By executing SU25 , you have upgraded the authorizations of NW04s and hence deleted the all the authorizations of NW04.
Try for "SUIM - transaction code" to check for any changes done in case of authorizations like compare users , new assigned authorizations, etc and when assigned.
authorized to delete the change documents - Use the Authorization Information System SUIM or the report RSUSR002 to check which users have activity 06 for the object S_SCD0.
