Password change for super user in XI/PI

I changed the password for superuser in PI7, now none of the rfc destinations are working even if I change the password in rfc destination it doesn't work. Is there a cache I need to clear? What are the steps I need to do after a system user password change. Please help me, it is URGENT.

hi ,

u can check in J2EE visual admin SLD Data supplier it is getting data or not.then check the user and password for that.
