DBEXPORT on SAP 46C oracle DB

Hi,

We are migrating from Solaris operating system to AIX OS. I have started DBEXPORT three days with the option of SLOW & CALCULATED OPTION for Update Database Statistics. Our DB size is 120GB. Please tell me whether the selected option for DB statistics is correct and how long the export will take place for 120GB oracle DB.

This depends on many factors that are unknown as of yet.

The most depending parameter is your I/O subsystem and the amount of R3load processes you use to export. Too many of those will lead to a CPU bottleneck and too less of them will make the export take longer than necessary.

Usually a migration consultant from SAP will give advises for your configuration.
