Implementation of ECC6 with HP/dB2

Hi Friends,

My next upcomming project is Implementation of Ecc 6.0 with HP/DB2.

Please share with me all the details like what i need to collect the information,what to learn etc...

Hi,

It's difficult to tell. SAP itself is pretty much platform independent. So, Operation/functionality of SAP remains same.

If you are going to install it first time on HP-UX/DB2 UDB, check the following link http://service.sap.com/instguides for relevant installation manual for HP-UX/DB2 combination.

Will you also need to manage HP-UX or DB2 by yourself or Platform specialist team will take care? Anyway, I would just make some 'google' using serach like 'HP-UX', 'IBM DB2' 'tutorial' You will find lots of self-help documentation.
