How to delete Missed Deadlines WorkItems from user's inbox.

HI Gurus,

Please let me know how we can delete <b> 'Missed Deadlines WorkItems from user's inbox.' </b>

I have tried running SWWL transaction against the deadline workitem number But it did not work.

I can still find that workitem in SWWUSERWI Table of that particular user.

Hi,

First of all, why do you want to delete workitems from the inbox? Normally you don't delete workitems because they have to be executed. So if the user wants to have the workitems removed from his inbox he has to execute them.

Also it is not recomended to delete workitems in a productive system.
