Dear friends,
I want to know, what is the min patch level required for satellite system so that support messages can be created.
We have 2 satellite system one of them is ECC and Other is r/3.
When we create mesage from Ecc system, we get a prompt like" Message 100000XXX created in support desk which is a CRm support message.
When we create mesage from R\3 we get the message " Message 09999XXX created in support desk system.
Now the msg nos here is not the CRM service transaction, but it the nos of BASIS notification, whereas when we try to create msg from ECC, we get the crm service transaction nos which is correct.
however when msg is created from r3 we get the ABA( Basis) notification nos which is not the correct system response.
Any help would certainly be rewarded.
