I have a experience in Oracle admin and Unix ,I went through the books TADM10,12 and 51 ,is it enough for jumpstart SAP admin.

Yes TDM 10 and 12 will give you enough information. If you have a system to play around I would say you can start .. Good Luck

Hi Raghav ,
To get a job in net weaver administration is complex with theoretical knowledge , to become a good resource in sap admin you have to understand system behavior practically.
I have seen thousand of sap issues daily , so as a admin you have capability fix those issues with real time work only.

if you are confident on TADM10_1 and TADM10_2 then you can do SAP administration with out any difficulty
