<SID>adm should never be locked. However you can do 1 thing, create individual ids of all basis team members and get them all the rights that <sid>adm has. This is one way you can explain the SOX auditors that you guys use your individual ids. Only in emergencies you use <sid>adm. This is the way we do to adhere to SOX Compliance!
