Hi! Friends,

Both the condition types SKTO and SKTV are for cash discount calculations and both use the same records of terms of payment. If we observe the positioning of the condition types in the pricing procedure, we can understand that one calculates the cash discount before adding taxes to the net value of the item and the other(SKTO) calculates the cash discount value from the netvalue of the material after adding the taxes. While configuring the procedure, based on the business policy of the client any one of the two condition types are used in the procedure.

But try it you will see that though the payment is made before date then also systemn takes only "skto" which also you can see inthe sales order if you maintain TERMS OF PAYMENT IN CMR, OK

But have you seen "sktv" in the sales doc is working as?

Ok i have also maintained thev above 2 con type in my procedure properly

Now i hope you must understand my question easily.

hi Dash,

Check this condition type in RVAA01 standard pricing procedure. May be u will have some idea. I have not used them. Also do let me know.

sktv is cash discount given to the customers based on the payment terms .

payment terms has to be maintained in cmd.in ths sales area data , billing document tab page,

ex:

within 14 days 2% cash discount

within 30 days 1% cash discount

how do u differntiate & how sktv gets reflected in the sales order

Hi,

Generate SKTV, the cash discount Condition type if the due amount is paid before time by the customer.
