Hi guys...i am from the functional side..and wanted to clear out one doubt...

How do you find out that how many active users ID are there in a particular server.

i mean the actual count. can it be found out in SU01?

Thanks Alex for the info...but that part i already knew...just what i meantioned in my previous message..i want the total count...logged in and off both...is there any way to trace that?

SM04 will show you the users logged into a server

AL08 will show you all users logged on across app servers

Ok, makes more sense now you have rephrased it.

Transaction (or report) RSUSR200 will give you a list of users in your system and their lock status. It will also tell you the users that are not in use.

If (for example) you define active users as those who have logged in in the last 30 days, you can define this in the initial screen
