Messge cannot be process

XI cannot process one message and generate the following error:

Copy Sender from Payload: Sender Is Missing in Payload

Paste XML row input into ID for test. All passed.

How to troubleshooting?

Have u checked the option "take sender from payload" in your IDOC adapter?

If yes, then populate the value of SNDPRN in the IDOC during mapping data with Sender Partner.
