Hello Expert,
when we move in the shopping cart to tab "documents and attachment", a confirmation pop-up apears for VeriSign certificate. There are three buttons (YES, NO, EVER)
Is there any possibility to install the certificate global in the system (browser) for all users? Some of our users were pushing the "NO" button and there are not able to upload files anymore.
Kind regards
Axel
Hi
Seems to be a web-browser problem.
Which Internet Explorer and SRM versions are you using in the user's system ?
Also see which Java Run Time environment is installed in the user system.
Check JAVA your communication user and JRE version (1.4.2 is atleast required).Transaction SM53 should help you.
