ESS-Leave Entitlement Grid not shown ...

Dear all

i have encounterd a problem In ESS where ,i cant see the Existing entitlement Grid in the ESS. this is visble for the End Users , not for the Power Users..are there any specific Infotypes requred for displaying the Entilment grid and the existing entitlements...

There may me many reasons for this.

1. Lack of proper authorization mostly in P_ORGIN or P_PERNR (which object depends on whether the control is access to ones own ID or a group of people) and PLOG object..

2. Lack of IT 0105 maintained mapping the power user ID to a personnel number.

3. If its evaluating based on a PD profile attached incorrect PD profile attached..

So perhaps try running a trace and compare with the trace file for the end users who are able to execute and yourself. Try to add the extra entries with RC=0 coming up in end users trace to ur ID and see if it works. If still there is a problem then its not authorizations so u need to dig into the second and third options.
