I have a AGate instance with two AGate process. Is there anyway that a AGate process can be restarted so that users have seamless connectivity even when AGate process is down.
agate processes are started an in case of a crash restarted automatically. If you want to have a high availabilty environment you have to make use of wgate loadbalancing. There are several SAP note available about this topic.
