Doc. stored through "Services for Object" are not diplaying for other users

Hi All SAPgurus,

We have created an programme to upload & download the catalogs for materials.

During programme stage we have created if authorised user uses the transaction the programme will allow him upload or download the attachment.

Where as if other user use the transaction then system will alow only to downlaod the catalog.

The issue is " the documents which are uploaded through authorised user are not visible when we use the other users."

Hope i have posted the issue properly request ur support.

YES ITS FOR AN CUSTOMISIED REPORT. WE HAVE GIVEN SAPALL TO OTHER USERS & CHECKED. UNFORTUNATELY NOT WORKING.

I ONCE AGING REQUEST SAP GURUS SUPPORT IN THIS REGARD.

Hi

<b>Seems to be issue with the Standard SAP BASIS - Authorization objects.</b>

Which Authorizations object are used in your custom program. ?

Seems like other users have be not given "<u>Display authorization</u> - Value = '03' " for this authorization object used. Ask BASIS Team to help here.

Attach the authorization object to the concerned user's profile.

Incase nothing helps, for time-being give SAP_ALL Profile access to the other user using SU01 Transaction and then see, whether the objects are getting visible or not.
