Which templates you need, do u need for customer master or material master or some other master.
You can make a template for yourself.
For example if you need the template to upload customer master, the tables of CMR are KNA1, KNB1, KNVV, KNVP.
Just go to the system, in SE16 go to these tables, and get an output with all the fields.
Now download them to excel sheet. This serves as teh template. In this sheet, you can transfer the data you want to upload. Then copy it and paste it in textpad. Now you can upload the textpad using LSMW, or CATT or through some BDCs. Your masterdata creation will be done.
You can follow the same thing for all the masterdata. The only thing is you need to do the tables of each masterdata which is not difficult to get.
