RFC to HTTP Scenario

Hi all,

We just now upgraded our system from NW04 to NW04s and found this issue.

Once our upgrade got over the scenario (RFC to HTTP) that was working well before upgrade had this new problem.

In the "call adapter" part in SXMB_MONI we found this issue.

- <SAP:Error xmlns:SAP="http://sap.com/xi/XI/Message/30" xmlns:SOAP="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" SOAP:mustUnderstand="1">

<SAP:Category>XIAdapter</SAP:Category>

<SAP:Code area="PLAINHTTP_ADAPTER">ATTRIBUTE_CLIENT</SAP:Code>

<SAP:P1>110</SAP:P1>

<SAP:P2 />

<SAP:P3 />

<SAP:P4 />

<SAP:AdditionalText />

<SAP:ApplicationFaultMessage namespace="" />

<SAP:Stack>HTTP client code 110 reason</SAP:Stack>

<SAP:Retry>N</SAP:Retry>

</SAP:Error>

Couldn't understand the reason for this issue. Any help and input would be appreciated.

Thanks and regards

Ramana

Can you try to manyally make some dummy change to the receiver HTTP adapter and activate it and then check again?

Same for the sender RfC adapter

raMana,

I think the issue is related to HTTPS enabling in XI. I think HTTPS is not enabled can u check it and re-run the scenario.

Best regards ,

raj.

HI Ramana,

Check in SMICM if your HTTP service is running. Also in RFC destination one of the parameter (SSL client Certificate) might be wrong which could also cause this problem.

Also check this thread:-

Have a look into this SAP Note - 897583

Cheers...
