CCM 2.0

Hi,

We are using SRM 5.0 SP 7, CCM 2.0 SP 7 and SAP_ABA 7.0 SP10

We are trying to transfer product master data from SRM to CCM. The data is getting successfully transferred from SRM to XI and SMXB_MONI in XI server shows successfully message but we are not able to see the Catalog id SRM_EXTRACTED_CTLG in CCM. We checked the logs in SLG1 which shows as /CCM/CX_OBJECT_CREATION_FAILED .

The exception occurred at the following point:

Program /CCM/CL_SCHEMA_MANAGER========CP

Include /CCM/CL_SCHEMA_MANAGER========CM006

Table /CCM/D_UPD_STATE shows the entry of the catalog SRM_EXTRACTED_CTLG in CCM but with errors.

As anyone faced this issue before?

Is this Anthony from Wipro. Was the SRM_EXTRACTED_CATALOG ever created. Or did it get deleted.

We have upgraded to the latest SP9.0 and I have had a look at all the notes you mentioned but no success yet.

Hi Anthony,

The issue sounds like perhaps during an attempt to enrich the catalog a problem occured, sounds like based on the product category you sent across a supplier catalog matched the enrichment requirement and began this process, but somewhere along the line, the category you mentioned. caused an issue with this, check table /ccm/d_ctlg_req to ensure no other catalog is in a locked status, if it is that may be the problem.

Hi Atul,

We did look at this notes and upgraded to the latest support pack. We looked for the error message in SLG1 which shows "Error when generating category 12160000" but we had not selected this category when executing transaction "BBP_CCM_TRANSFER".The category was "Local".We had selected the check box Force Intial Transport.

Not sure why it selects/errors out with this particular Category ID 12160000 when if we select any other Category id.
