Hi,

If you want to create the oss note you must have the user-id in SAPSERVICE CHANNEL.for this you can contact your project mananger or basis guys they can help to you.

Hi Nima,

I guess,you are asking for how to post a query to SAP.

If that is the case then you can click on the "report a product error button" and proceed.rest everything is quiet self explanatory.
