Customer Master Data should not update it Order history.

Hi All,

In SAP if the customer’s address is updated (XD02 0r VD02 ) then all Sales Orders will automatically reflect the new address. This is a problem at my client, as it is important that the original address for the customer is maintained in Sales Orders at the time the Sales Order was created.

is there any configarion to change, To prevent the address being updated in Sales Orders and to retain the original address any Sales Orders for that customer.

Customer address are not updated in the Sales order, but only a view of the customer master is retrieved from the structure KUAGV. Therefore there is no configuration to control the view of the customer address as reflected in the Sales order.
