i just wanted to know support tools remidi radix details after open the tools what fields r there?

The fields are configurable. But in general when you open remedy, it will give you the list of tickets in your group. When you select a particular ticket, it will give the following fields.
Manager from user group
Created on
Created by
Issue description
Transaction details liek order number, delivery number etc
SLA Date
Priority level
Way for solution screen which the consultants need to fill in
History of changes in the ticket etc.
