Hi Stan,
regarding your request:
1.) Step call the TC: ALRTCATDEF
- under the configuration all alerts of the XI RWB can be pushed directly to an eMail account as a XML-document SETTINGS-> CONFIGURATION
2.) Setup a classification
3.) Setup under the classification the Alert Category
In order to get more details https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/weblogs?blog=/pub/wlg/1382. [original link is broken] [original link is broken] [original link is broken]
4.) Assign to the new class the roles via the button SUBSCRIPTION AUTHORIZATION
5.) Save your settings
6.) In the next step call the XI RWB http://adress:port/rwb with the J2EE_ADMIN
In order to get the access to the RWB it might be necessary to add the XI-rules to the user. Afterwards it might be nessary to restart the re-compile process via SGEN of the XI RWB
7.) If the above steps have been done, switch in the XI RWB to the section ALERT-Configuration. In this section the defined alert category in the tc: ALRTCATDEF will be displayed.
8.) Select your alert category and assign the alert rules and saved it and activate the rule.
9.) Don't forget to start the CCMS - job from this section. In German it's called "CCMS Anbindung einblenden". Behind this button the periodicall running will be displayed and has to be activated.
10.) In the next step go to the section ALERT INBOX and subsribe the customized alerts. Be aware it's personalized here.
11.) The XI RWB alerts can be pushed to the CCMS - check therefore the note:
OSS 824039.
Best regards
Ralf
