Hi all,
When i execute ST06 transaction code, it's not showing any enteries under 'cpu utilization'. saposcol is running.
We have upgraded SAP from ECC 5.0 to ECC 6.0 and the version of saposcol is 700 with patch level 113.
How do i solve this problem?
Thanks and Regards,
Sowmya

Hi,
First stop the sap instance by sapmmc and also check if database is stopped or not or manualy stop it.
then , If its a windows OS, then stop the "saposcol" by logging into the server and got ot services by "services.msc" and right click on "saposcol" and stop it.
also stop the "sap igs" and "server" services.
In linux , we have to follow a procedure to stop the services by using :-
kill -9 <PID> - before this check the "PID" by typing "ps -ef | grep <service name>
For futher reference refer :-

Hi
Check whether the BASIS job SAP_APPLICATION_STAT_COLLECTOR which internally calls RSSTAT88 program is running properly in your system.
The program RSSTAT88 holds the responsibility of collecting the workload data stored by the OS collector.

Hello Sowmya ,
I have already answer this question couple of days back in same forum .
Please check ...
The prerequisite to display data / details in ST06 is SAPOSCOL .
SAPOSCOL collects the the inputs / data in every 10 sec from Operating System which is displayed in detail in ST06 .
So your SAPOSCOL Service should be "running" .
May be you require to upgrade / update the correct SAPOSCOL .

Hi,
Try the following.
Check the Note: 688131.
and also do once again like this.
"refresh display" "detailed analysis menu" and "saposcol"
click on Saposcol you can see the option "start" go back and refresh frequntely.
Check this also -
>Details Analysis Menu (Shift+F1).
First saposcol should be "running" state.
This issue is repeating, SAP may release some fix on this.
If issue resolved, let us know also.
Note: Points always encourage me to reply !!
