Hi,

Can anyone suggest me , A user not able to recieve mail for approval in his inbox.

what could be the possible reason.

Sai Ram,

There may be several reasons for that, follow step by step instruction from this help page, it worked for me.

Make sure, WF-Batch user ID has enough authorizations, talk to Basis and verify if the emails are going out of the system.

This is not a natch user, its an individual user, and problem for only one person.

well if it is working for everyone else and just not one user, check his/her email address in SU01 and make sure that user has FORWARD_WORKITEM flag set in the org structure.

Thanks for your reply, I have already checked that Flag it ias there.and the users mail id is also mentioned in the SU01.

but still the problem persists. Please help.
