download Manager is empty

Hi,

I use Solution Manager 4.0. I am doing a Maintence Optimazer and in the step 3 I can not confirm files in Download Basket because ever the basket of the download Manager is empty.

Dear Eva,

In most cases this is issue with the RFC connections to SAP from Solution Manager not working. In some cases it has been an authorization issue with the S user id for Service Marketplace.

Could you check both the cases to make sure you have everything in place ?

Hi,

can anyone tell me where I can download the Solution Manager? I couldn't find it so far at the software download center.

Hi,

Go to http://service.sap.com/swdc -> Installations and Upgrades -> A-Z Index -> S -> SAP Solution Manager

Hi

This is the solution from SAP:

+

you have to go to Solution Manager -> DSWP -> step 3 -> approve.

Here will open the basket and in the approval list you can approve

these components.+

Did you make sure you have mapped your user to OSS in t-code AISUSER?
