How to configure Web Service with HTTP authentication

I configured web service secutiry with HTTP authentication.

Then I refferd to blow documentation.

Configuring User/Passeword authentication for a Java Web Service

But I can not call my web service.

If I changed security is nothing, I can call my web service.

Please tell me how to configure.
