Set default Language for a Land

Hi experts,

I've add a new Land into SAP (EU for European Union) with Language Key "EN".

But this entry doesn't appears in the Table T005T ? Why ?

Yes, i'm also get with this problem, I try to set my Lang 'VnTime" but It's not showed in R/3 ?
