Prerequisite for SAP Exchange Infrastructure 3.1

Hi,

Could you please tell me the prerequisite for SAP Exchange Infrastructure 3.1 on SAP netweaver-04.

which WAS system i need to have.

Either ABAP+j2EE addin

or JAVA

or ABAP

installatation guide says it is ABAP+j2EE addin. Any input on this is highly appriciated.

Hi,

As per above to install XI i need to follow the below steps please correct me if i am wrong.

1-)install Web AS ABAP Stack (UNICODE CENTRAL INSTANCE & DATABASE INSTANCE)

2-)install java Add-in for ABAP [CENTRAL INSTANCE (CUSTOM OR DEFAULT INSTALLAION) )]

3-) EP 6.0 with latest patch

4-) install XI

Any input in above highly appriciated.

Hi Dheeraj,

Step 3 (EP) is unnecessary. Everything else is correct. Check <a href="https://websmp106.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700009389172004E/XI30SR1.pdf">this</a> document, pages 15-18.
