When i am posting a order message is coming as freight is redetermined.

why is it so.

hi,

if you maintained 2 or more ship to parties and when you change your ship -to -party , the freight will be re determined , since freight is calculated based on the incoterms to specify in your ship-to-party

if you change the incoterms in the customer master data when raising an order . then it will give you a prompt saying that freight is re determined

If you maintain incoterms in the CMR same is copyed to order but if you change incoterms in the order message well come freight is redetermined

when u try to change the ship to party then frieght is redetermined.

If the ship to party is changed in the sales order, then there are certain details which get redetermined.

May be you are changing one of the partner functions due to which the freight is redetermined. This is the normal expected behaviour of the system.
