Shopping Cart - Deletion

We are using the Extended Classic Scenario. Recently encountered a problem regarding the Deletion of Shopping Cart. The PO related to this Shopping Cart is already deleted but the deletion icon didn't get activated. The Buyer has also "completed" the "Action".

Pls note that the Requester of this SC has already left the organisation.

Pls advise as we need to delete the SC asap.

Hi,

As said before, the only standard option is to delete the SC line items.

For this you the user must have activity "06 Delete" in his PFCG role.

This activity enable him to delete SC line items once the SC is in status approved.

Delete the items from the shopping cart and make the value of SC zero.
