error in Delivery VL01n

Hai

after creating order @ va01,

in vl01n i could not process,

ERROR is: <b>some copying contols missing in table TABVLC OR TAN</b>

Hi,

Maintain copy control between the order type and delivery type at both header level and item level

SPRO->IMG->SD->SALES->SALES DOCUMENT->Maintain copy control for sales document.

Hope this will solve ur problem.

go to the tcode VTLA the copy control frm the sales document to delivry document and make mecessary changes for them

Copying controls is a must to carry forward the information from source doc. to target doc.for eg. IN>QT>OR>LF>F2......We need to make the neceesary configuration settings in copying controls both for Header as well as Item levels for copying the info. from one doc. to another.

Sales doc to sales doc-----VTAA

Sales doc to dlvy doc-------VTLA

Dlvy doc to Billing doc-----VTFL

also, u can go thru menu path

SPRO->IMG->SD->SALES->SALES DOCUMENT->Maintain copy control for sales document
