Hi,

Can I use Rapid installer to apply the support packages in a Netweaver 2004s(PI) on MSSQL system?

I have ABAP+Java engine in the SAP mmc.If I install Rapid Installer it creates another instance in the mmc but ends up with an error'CJS-30150 Java processes of instance TST\DVEBMGS00[ABAP]:Active,Java:Unknown] didnot reach the state PARTRUNNING after 20:00 minutes.Giving up'.

Whether the above mention procedure logically correct?

I would really appreciate if anyone help me to clear my doubts?

I just read in SAP document that,SAP netweaver rapid installer supports an initial installation but not an upgrade from one sap netweraver support package to the next support package.
