CD51014013 is 46C EBCDIC installation with *.r3s files.
CD51019715 is the new kernel which you should install and apply the latest patches. These CDs are available at http://service.sap.com/swdc
Installation guides are available at http://service.sap.com/instguides - SAP Components - SAP R/3.
