BBPCF03 - restrict access

Dear all,

we are using BBPCF03 for central confirmation in SRM 5.0.

I would like to restict the access in <b>BBPCF03</b> to one particular purchase organisation. For the moment our users are able to do a goods receipt for every purchase order.

Is there any possibility to limit the access to just one purchase organisation by restricting access with a<b> role or profile?</b>

We <b>don't</b> want to implement the <b>badi</b> for list display.

Hi

Please try using creating custom roles / profiles and assigning it to the user's Authorizations. You need to attach the same in PPOMA_BBP.

Incase this does not helps, You need to go for BADI only.

Hi Achim,

You can try creating a Z-role and restrict in the Authorization object BBP_PD_CNF-SRM:Confirmation in EBP just to the purchasing organization or purchasing group do you want.

Thanks for you answer.

I already tried to limit the access by a role. I also maintain a value but although the purchase organisation is maintained, it is not taken into account. I can still do a goods receipt on purchase orders with other purchase organisations.
