Submit questionnaire: no confirm page

We have SRM 5.0 SRM_SERVER 5.5 SP level 7

Vendors access to a free link where they insert their data and register in SRM system. Automatically a link to questionnaire is sent to the vendor by mail. Vendor complete the questionnaire online.

When they press on button SUBMIT, the questionnaire is correctly updated in SRM, but no confirmation page and no messages are displayed.

Anybody knows if it is possible to show a confirmation page?

Thank you

Guido

Hi

Seems to be a bug in the system.

<b>Please go through the SAP OSS Notes below -></b>

Note 895598 - ROS Questionnaire. "Submit" inside of Mail is not working

Note 699112 Closing information for vendor evaluation is missing

Note 729024 SRM 4.0 enhancement vendor evaluation - vendor list

Do let me know.

Regards

Hi,

Once the questionnaire is updated in the SRM system , the replies given by the vendor will be shown as link in the 'preselect suppliers' transaction.

Please click on any business partner , and get in to details , and in the second tab

questionnaires , you can see the replies.

you will not get any other confirmation(or) message

Hi Guido,

there is no confirmation, when the supplier fills out the questionnaire online and submits it. There is a "thinking"

second of the system, but no confirmation. This is the

standard situation. Option to get a confirmation is, to

integrate some java coding. We finally did not do it, cause too much modification for small value. Instead we

integrated an explaination into the email sent to the

supplier with the link.

Cheers,

Claudia

Hi Guido,

many thanks for your comment!

I try to answer as best as possible as well as I would expect an answer for my

questions. In the question's case we both have to live with situation given by SAP.

Cheers,

Claudia
