Hi

How to block the deliveries and to fix authorization to the sales mgr, instead of authorising every end user.

Opinions could be greatly appreciated

hi,

u can block the delivery at document type , delivery item category,in shipping and schedule line category.

the authorizations are done by basis guys , u need to give them the details for whom it has to be given

Hi,

For the order type define the blocking reasons and whenever a user creates a sales order by default the delivery block will be put by the system. And give authorisation of VA02 to the sales manager who can release the delivery block.

Ensure not to give authorisation for VA02 to the end users who create the order.

hai,

deliver can be blocked in many ways

1.order type template(VOV8)

2.VA05.

3.sales order.

authorisation given by basis guys, usually authorisation is not given to end users,if it is there, then talk to basis guys to remove the authorisations.

Hi,

On What basis you want to block the delivery.

If the end user shouldnt have authorization to remove the block. Dont give the acess to this Tcode:Va02 on SU01- parameters tab.
