No delivery-relevant items in order xxxxx, order type xxxx

Hi gurus,

I created customer order via VA01. But there is a problem on delivery.

On the system log the message appears as "No delivery-relevant items in order xxxxx, order type xxxx"

How can I correct this error?

This could be due to 2 reasons

1. stock not available

For stock uploading use T.Code: <b>MB1C</b> mov type: <b>561</b>

2. <i>selection date</i> in the VL01N screen should be greater than the delivery date in the sales order.

I think you are learning SAP now.

in VA02 go to line item and go to schedule lines and check weather the material have been confirmed or not ? if it is confirmed on date it is

go to shipping tab and check whether the plant and the shipping points are assigned are not

Check the delivery dates(Schedule Lines) in the sales order and accordingly create the delivery. It will work for u.

1.schedule line date and delivery date are maching

2.whether the items are already delivered, u are trying to deliver already deivered

items.

Hi

Please check the following points

VA02 check the delivery date

MMBE check the stock in the plant

Check the item is relevant for delivery in VOV7

check whether u r items are delivery relevant in vov7

and also try to do delivery as per the scheduline date in sales order

enter the date in vlo1n as it is in sales order schedule line

Check the schedule lines in VA01.

Go to VOV7 and in TAN check if Item Relev. for Delivery is checked.
