Hi,

Therefor i set

device = 'TELEFAX'

</b> in FM OPEN_FORM.

Everything looks fine

- fax was created (message TD459)

- in SAP office i have new entry in folder "exit"

BUT !!!

- status in SAP Office = wait for communication service (yellow)

- in SAPConnect there is no entry for this fax

What is wrong here?

Hi Anji,

in SCOT and SOST there is no entry.

That's what i wonder about !

In SPAD we have no output device with device class "fax".

Is this obligatory? Because in 'OPEN_FORM' i did not fill options / itcpo-tddest

thanx for any advice

regards

Jörg

P.S. our basis person has 'no idea' ...

In Jorg,

In SCOT, does the TELEFAX node is set-up ?

If yes does it work via RFC connexion ? And if yes Does the RFC is set-up in SM59 ?

Hi Erwan,

our SCOT (SAPConnect) is working properly in all other cases,

means:

YES - (TELE)FAX node is setup

YES - works via RFC (SAPCONNECT_FAX_100 in SM85)

Another mystery is, that if i go to SAP Office, open folder "exit" i found all my created faxes and if i mark them and click on send and enter faxnumber - this forwarded fax appears in SCOT.

So the SCOT is working properly, but i don't like to open SAP office and forward all my created fax. This should be the job of FM

OPEN_FORM

So why the hell does the fax created via OPEN_FORM not appear in SCOT automatically???

Any hints welcome

regards

Jörg

Hi all,

finally i posted this error to SAP support (marketplace) and they send me the solution:

1) check SOST - flag "Send status" - button "Other" - mark "no entry in queue yet"

2) now all "lost" faxes appear

3) cause: in application the command

COMMIT WORK

is missing
