Dear All,
I am new to solman so have some basic questions.
1) Is it possible to attach a Transport request to a Support desk message ?
2) By double clicking on the TR(of the ticket in Solution Manager) and then automatically the TR is displayed in the satellite system.
Please reply asap.

It is not possible to attach an transport request as an attachment to an Service Desk message.
The scenario that you are looking for is not contained in Service Desk.
However you can implement Change Request Management and then via the Change Request you can operate on the subsequent transport request.
