1) sales area and order type not defined?

2) no sold to party exists for given sales area?

3) mandatory condition pr00 is missing?

4)no pricing procedure could be found?

5) no business area can be determined?

6)the order type is not defined for the sales area?

7)no calculation procedure assigned to tax code?

When i scan barcode on SAP i encounter INVALID BARCODE error.

HI,

Common errors are

1) Material not extended to the plant.

2)Customer not defiend to the sales area

3)Sales docuement type not assigned to the sales area

4)Pricing procedure not defined.

5)Sales area not defined.

6)Ship to party not assigned to sold to party.

7)If you are creating sales order with reference to quotation or contract then

copy routines are not defined.

8)Requried delvivery date is past.

if you can share the error you have come across and how did you rectify it,it will be usefull for me when i come across that error .

hi,

If u get an error, normally u double click on that and understand the error thru technical information i.e F9. Get to SE 16 and get to the table and the relevant fields check up wether they are maintained or not.

In case you have a message no. try it in ovah or ovsi check up the system messages.
