hi!! Friends,

I have one Sold 2 party and two ship 2 party.

I have created CMIR for ship 2 party.

*Now i am trying to create Sales order with Sold 2 party and ship 2 party .

In sales order instead of material ,i am trying to give Customer material Number (CMIR) of ship to party . It is giving error "It was not possible to determine the material number".

Please help me how can i slove this issue...

Dear Akash,

Also refer the entries in table KNMT (Customer-Material Info Record Data Table) and check if the customer material that you are trying to use is assigned to the combination of Sales Organization, Distribution Channel, Customer number, Material Number.

Standard SAP allows to maintain records based on the sold to party in VD52 transaction.if you need to maintain it based on ship to and need it in the sales order you need to customize.

Dear Akash,

Have you maintained customer material number in your system.

Also, are you entering the customer material number in material number field?

Have you activated any BAdi/Enhancement?
