Summerization Report

Hello SAP Gurus,

In a project there are 3 WBS elements. Under each WBS there is a WBS element, which takes care of Procurement. I would like see the total procurement cost (sum of these 3 WBS elem)?

Using Summarization Report can it be achieved? If yes, how we can do that?

Hi,

The detail requirements can be obtained from reports (S_ALR_87013543/42/45 ). Cost details can be obtained from Project info systems also. (CN41)

My question is......

At level one I have X1, Y1 & Z1 WBS. At level 2 I have X1.1 , Y1.1 & Z1.1. Now I want see the Total Plan/Actual cost of X1.1,Y1.1 & Z1.1. (X1.1Y1.1Z1.1)

Hi,

Based on planing type i.e. apportioned / appended, the cost will get posted into WBSE, which can be obtained in standard SAP reports such as CN41 & project info reports of s_alr series.
