Hi,

Status shows shows 5000000028, if I check in MIGO display and in Table for 5000000027 or 5000000027 .........5000000020 there is no Data.

If i Create documents upto 28 status shows 5000000028,If i create 5000000029 then system displays 5000000038.

This is true.I checked twice.

hi,

you can this info from MKPF and MSEG itself. There is no other table that stores Last material doc number.

When you see the current number in SPRO-->Material Doc Current Number,

just execute by inputing this material doc in MBLNR and put the 'GReater than sign' so that you know the last material document number.

then you try what I had suggested earlier. give any material document which you think must be latest (by judgement) and execute MKPF by inputing this in MBLNR and give > sign.

try this, it will give you the latest material doc number

You have a range for each doc type ( doc group ), this is why you can see several range.

When you are there, use the OverView Button, you'll understand imediately.

Hi,

The number ranges are "buffered" in groups of ten for technical reasons.

This is something thaqt happens in the background and if you want more details as to how and why it does this then you need to speak to your BASIS person.

But the number will often APPEAR to go up in tens rather than singularly.

It is nothing to worry about.
