Hello!
I have price condition which is used for upcharges. If quantity is smaller charges are bigger.
Condition type details:
- Calculat.type: Quantity;
- Scale basis: Quantity scale;
- Check value: Descending.
I have condition table based on the customer and material. Looks like that:
Scale quantity Rate PER
50,000 TS 5,00 EUR 1 TS
100,000 4,50
150,000 3,00
250,000 2,00
400,000 0,00
The problem is that if quantity is bigger than 400,000 TS system shows pricing error. This is not elegant and confuse users a lot. Any ideas how to prevent this?
Thanks in advance,
Michal
Hello Michal,
Just Remove the 0.00 and put the rate you want from the 400000 on words.
Thanks

dear michal,
according to your info you want to upcharge if the quantity is smaller
what my suggestion is put the scale upto the point like what you mentioned for 250000-399999 for 2.00 and leave it
so that once you pout qty 400000 sys will give the pricing as usual.
i hope it clear now
rewards if it helps

Thank You all for responses!
I maintained scale type (To-scale) and set rates for quantities:
to 50,000 rate:5 Eur
100,000 rate: 4,5 Eur
...
400,000 rate 1 Eur.
So everything over 400 TS is initial. In SO system shows that mandatory condition is missing.
I solved like that: Over 400,000 rate 0,50.
I set discount: if over 400,00 0,50-. So net price is 0 but mandatory upcharge condition is not initial.

hi,
i mean to say that if you do not want to maintain any value for quantity above 2.50000 just take it out from the scales.
since you are maintaing the value as zero for 40,0000 you are maintaining zero you are getting that error.
Please reward points if the answer is helpful

Make sure you are entering only the numbers, not the indentations like , for whole numbers. Only if you want to enter decimals, put .
Otherwise, there is no limit for which you can set the scale values. You can do for 40000 without any problem.

hi,
since for 400,000 you are giving 0.00 hence the system is giving you the error
