Hi,

I don't think you can change your payment term in the billing document directly.

You can do one thing.Cancel the billing document and change the payment terms in the sales order and create the billing document again.

This would solve your purpose.

Hi,

It is not recommended in SAP To change the payment codition in invoivce thats why it is display only.

Best thing is to cancel the invoice and create and change the payment terms in sales order and again create the invoice .

I don't think you can change payment terms in the invoice, but definitely in the accounting document. which can be easily done by the Fi Consultant.

If as a SD consultant you want to do it, do it in sales order VA01.

Because I think you cannot modify the values in FBL5N.

Use T.Code: F-28

There after entering initial values. You can see a screen where payment terms can be changed like removing cash discount etc.

F-28 is for clearing the accounting document.Do you think you should change it directly once the accounting document is generated/

I am facing just reversed situation. User are doing changes of payment term in FBL5N.

1. Run FBL5N

2. Double Click on record.

3. Click on change icon.

4. Change the payment term

5. Save.

Is there anyone, who can help me to restrict the users.
