Hi everyone,
In our system posting period is open for 2007/03 and 2007/04.But delivery date is coming in the period of 2007/05.But we don't wan to close our existing period.Is there any setting to reset the delivery date in previous period.

Hi Prem,
You can specify the actual GI data in the item over view screen. This field is used to post the Deliveries if you want it in pervious periods.

I think you can keep your actual PGI date frim 3 and 4 peiod.
System will not stop you to create a delivery in the 5th period but it will not allow you to do PGI in the 5th period until it is opened.
