Hi Experts,
I am a learner for XI. I want to know how to get the data from integrated systems.
Actually I was successfully using RFC Adapter between two R/3 systems in XI, One system is IDES another one Non-IDES System.
I want to get the details from IDES system(sender and recever system) to Non-IDES(recever system).
In above scenario what are prerequisities for to get the Material Master details.
What are configuration steps we need.
Please give me ur favourable suggestions.
Regards
Chandra

If I understand you, then what you want is to replicate material masters from the IDES system to the non-IDES system, correct? that is, you will be using the MATMAS IDOC for this purpose, and you want to send the data unaltered from one system to another - without using ALE. If you confirm that is your scenario, I will tell you how to do it.

Hi,
I'd like to monitor a request 'BAPI_CUSTOMER_GETLIST' - for this I created a syncronous event with the same name, launched its Monitoring before exuting the request - I enter the required fields (sign = 'I', option = 'NP', maxraws = 😎 and recieved the appreciate response, but in Event Monitro I didn't recieve any alerts.
Can you explain what should I do for the correct monitoring of BAPI?
Thanks,
egur.
Hi,
some links to help you start:)
1. idoc to file (XI part):
/people/prateek.shah/blog/2005/06/08/introduction-to-idoc-xi-file-scenario-and-complete-walk-through-for-starters
2. how to define: distribution model for matmas (r3 part):
http://idocs.de/www3/cookbooks/ale/chap07/docu.htm
3. then you have to add outbound Matmas message type in TCODE - WE20 and you're ready to send it from BD10
