Step by Step -> to be able Service

Hi everyone

I’m working with SRM 5.0. It’s the first Z* service of client. I dont know, that this mistaken. First: Create de module-pool; Second: Create the service, set parameters, download screens and publish; Third: Setup transaction SICF; But, still it follows erro:

What has happened?

The URL http://mxmtycmx01.neoris.cxnetworks.net:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/yacr0001/ was not called due to an error.

Note

 The following error text was processed in the system EMD : Communication failure

 The error occurred on the application server MXMTYCMX01_EMD_01 and in the work process 0 .

 The termination type was: IMC_CANCEL_TX

 The ABAP call stack was:
