Hi, I am working on Service Desk in Solution Manager, I have tried to delete messages that are 'deferred' and 'To be approved' however I it does not let me 'confirm' the message in the Fast Track screen even though I have clicked on the change icon.
Also once a message is confirmed is there anyway to retrieve it back?

Hi,
at least to your second question I can give you a response: If a message is confirmed, there is no way (by standard means) to recall it. SAP describes this in note #900091.

Dear Bilaal,
To keep the system consistent, the ABA notification AND the assigned CRM
message have to be removed from the system.
To delete the ABA notification please read attached note no. 566225!
The deletion of CRM messages is not possible, the CRM message can only
be archived.
Please use the transaction SARA with the archiving object CRM_SERORD to
archive the CRM message!
